Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute sales activities to achieve business targets.

  • Study market trends and product demands, and provide relevant training within the company.

  • Identify customer needs, develop potential customers, and maintain relationships with existing customers.

  • Conduct business negotiations in combination with the company's core competitiveness and participate in bidding.

  • Establish a good corporate brand image through various business activities.

  • Support relevant market activities such as international exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or above, with a major in automation or related majors being preferred.

  • Have experience in technical, service, sales and other aspects of the shipbuilding industry.

  • Possess outstanding business social skills and negotiation techniques, as well as excellent learning ability and team spirit.

  • Those with work experience in design institutes will be given priority.
